We don't accept insurance directly, but some clients receive reimbursement from their insurance providers for our services. We can provide a superbill after services are completed for you to submit to your insurance company.

Yes, many of our clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for our evaluation services, as these typically qualify as medical expenses. We provide detailed receipts that meet requirements for submission to these accounts. Additionally, while we don't offer direct financing, many families use third-party medical financing options like CareCredit or AdvanceCare to help manage the cost of evaluations. These services allow you to spread payments over time while receiving the assessment your child needs now. Our Client Care Coordinator can provide more information about payment options when you reach out.

Coverage varies widely between insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your specific out-of-network benefits for psychological and educational testing services. For evaluations, a 50% deposit is due at the initial meeting, with the remainder due at the final testing session. For single-session services like IQ testing, IQ feedback calls, school meetings or parent consultations, payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments via Zelle for evaluation and screening services. Credit cards are preferred for single-session services (IQ Testing, IQ feedbacks, school meetings, Parent Guidance Sessions).

Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice don't incur additional fees (beyond the deposit). Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to our cancellation policy.
